On the night of January 31, according to the Hanoi Department of Health, a new positive case is Ms. HTH (40 years old, at 342 Phuc Dien Street, Xuan Phuong District, Nam Tu Liem District, Hanoi).

The patient worked haircut, shampoo at home, lived across from the patient’s house in 1723, and had a history of contact with the patient in 1723.

The patient was identified by Nam Tu Liem District Medical Center as case F1 of patient 1723, indicated for sampling and concentrated isolation in the 58th Infantry Regiment, Thach Hoa, Quoc Oai District.

On January 31, test results from the Hanoi Center for Disease Control confirmed that the patient was positive for the SARS-CoV-2 virus. Currently, the patient is transferred to isolation at the National Hospital for Tropical Diseases 2.

Regarding this positive case of SARS-CoV-2, the Hanoi Health Department urgently announced: Those who went to Thanh Huyen’s hair salon at 342 Phuc Dien, Xuan Phuong district, Nam Tu Liem district from 26 to 28-1, they should be isolated at home and immediately notify the nearest medical center for advice and assistance to prevent COVID-19 or call the epidemic hotline number: 0969.082.115 or 0949,396,115.

Patient 1723, 34, is F1 from patient 1694, from Kinh Mon, Hai Duong, who resides in Nam Tu Liem District and works at Z153 Factory, Department of Defense Technical Department, Dong Anh District.

As of January 28, Hanoi has recorded 13 community COVID-19 cases related to outbreaks in Hai Duong and Quang Ninh.
