This man returned to his hometown for a wedding. Back in Hanoi, he infected “patient 1723” (F1). It was 1723’s turn to contact a woman with a haircut (F2), making her nCoV positive.

Before this case, “patient 1694” had infected 5 relatives and 3 colleagues.

Hanoi has recorded 13 community Covid-19 cases related to outbreaks in Hai Duong and Quang Ninh, as of January 28.

Health officials predict that Hanoi will appear more new cases in the community, advising the people of Hai Duong, Quang Ninh but will not pass through the epidemic area, needing medical reports, self-monitoring of health and how cup 14 days at home.
