The director of the Hanoi Department of Health, Nguyen Khac Hien, said that in the afternoon and evening a plan was made to isolate children and teachers. According to information from the Xuan Phuong District People’s Committee, Nam Tu Liem District, 36 people, including teachers and 3 classmates, were quarantined.
