Late in the evening on January 29, MSc.BS Dinh Thi Hai Yen, director of the Health Education and Communication Department at the Ho Chi Minh City Center for Disease Control (HCDC), said that Ho Chi Minh City registered a suspected COVID-19 case on flight VN213 from Noi Bai to Ho Chi Minh City at 3:00 p.m. on January 28.
