Former President Trump appeared on a Florida golf course the first day after leaving office – Video: THE HILL
According to the magazine Washington ExaminerAfter leaving the White House and returning to Florida, former President Donald Trump has spent the first morning in one of his most common activities in the last four years: playing golf at one of his clubs.
After spending the night of January 20 at the Mar-a-Lago mansion in Florida, Trump was escorted by a dozen vans to Trump International Golf Club in West Palm Beach on the morning of January 21.
Trump wears a white T-shirt and a red hat with the family motto “Make America Great Again” (MAGA). He drove himself around the golf course.
Golf was Trump’s favorite sport and he made several appearances on the golf course when he was president. In May 2019, during their visit to Japan, Trump and then-Prime Minister Shinzo Abe went golfing at Mobara Country Club in Mobara City, Chiba Prefecture, Japan.

Sitting on Air Force One for the last time as president, Trump was brought to Florida on January 20, the same day Joe Biden was sworn in as the 46th president of the United States.
In his farewell speech at the Andrews Air Force Base airport on January 20, Trump promised, “We will be back somehow. This ruling is said to refer to his intention to run for reelection in 2024.
A day earlier, in a video message from the White House, Trump said, “The movement we launched is just beginning.”
According to the newspaper guardian (UK), Florida, where Trump has many friends and followers, seems like the perfect place to build such a campaign. Florida Governor Ron DeSantis is a Republican who supports Trump. Rick Scott, one of two Florida senators, voted to avoid Biden’s victory.
“Florida is ‘Trump’s land’ and it always will be. Look at the people here, ‘your people’! We are ready to support you,” said Julio Ramírez from the Latino community. Supporting Trump shared on January 20, when along with thousands of supporters waving flags to welcome Mr. Trump to Florida.
