Khoa went to the Hanoi Police Economic Police Department to confess at 3:00 p.m. on January 18.

According to the police, Khoa confronted Duong Minh Tuyen, 34. The two people repeatedly cursed and challenged each other on social media.
Khoa and Tuyen made an appointment on the afternoon of January 4 to eat a ground-breaking meal in Doan Tung Commune, Thanh Mien District, to resolve conflicts. When Khoa was unable to return, Tuyen used his personal Facebook to directly curse and challenge.
Khoa invited Linh to take revenge. On the night of January 4, Linh took a motorcycle from Hanoi to Thanh Mien city to welcome Khoa and went to the Tuan Anh karaoke bar. Here, Khoa sat behind his motorcycle, fired 3 canola guns at the head of Tuyen’s car, and fled to Hanoi.
