The Vietnam Dynasty Terrorist Organization was established in January 2018 by several former members of a terrorist organization known as the “Provisional National Government of Vietnam”, based in Canada. This organization has a website and many media channels.
Leaders and commanders include Ngo Van Hoang Hung, born in 1952 in Tien Giang, a Canadian national, who calls himself “the commander-in-chief of the Vietnamese dynasty”; Tran Thanh Dinh, born 1957 in Nam Dinh, of German nationality, self-proclaimed “Deputy Prime Minister”; Ngo Manh Cuong, born in 1961 in Ho Chi Minh City, French national, proclaims himself “Director General of Special Forces”; Huynh Thanh Hoang, born 1976, American national, “spokesman for the Vietnam dynasty.”
The mode of action of this group includes armed violence, with the slogan “Burn clean”, “Kill clean”, “Destroy”, “Steal clean”; financial support, direct number of domestic establishments to carry out terrorist and sabotage activities; inciting people to take to the streets to protest, riot to rob the government.
The Ministry of Public Security warned that the Vietnamese dynasty was a terrorist organization, so people were engaged in propagating, manipulating, and inciting others to join, sponsor, and receive patronage from the Vietnamese dynasty; participate in training courses organized by the Vietnamese dynasty; activities under the direction of the Vietnamese dynasty … are crimes of terrorism, terrorist financing, and will be handled in accordance with the provisions of Vietnamese law.
