According to Ms Thuy, at 11:55 pm, her family of 8 who were moving to find the location of the fireworks display lost Chau’s hand. Immediately after that, the family tried to search, but the area was filled with fireworks so they couldn’t find it.
The boy’s family is extremely touched and grateful to the officers and soldiers who have gone out of their way to find him.
Upon receiving the information, Major Cao Duc Thinh immediately dispatched PC08 officers and soldiers who were conducting protection and search with fireworks. At the same time, contact other forces for help. He received orders to mobilize, PC08 officers and soldiers with active coordination to find the baby. During this time, Major Cao Duc Thinh tried to reassure his family and sent forces to bring Chau’s family to the Ben Nghe Ward Police (District 1) to wait.
Fortunately, 10 minutes later, they found the baby. Immediately after that, the boy was taken to the Ben Nghe neighborhood police to be handed over to his family.
