At the private home of subject Hoang Ngoc Hai (SN 1998, in Yen Hai Village, Xuan Yen Commune), the Nghi Xuan District Police have just caught 9 subjects gathered together to use drugs.
Accordingly, around 23:00 on December 28, 2020, the Xuan Yen, Xuan Hai, Xuan Thanh Commune Police, Nghi Xuan District Police coordinated to inspect Hoang Ngoc Hai’s home (SN 1998, in Yen Hai Village, Xuan Yen Commune) found that 9 subjects were using drugs.
Upon recording the scene, functional forces seized 2 drug kits, 2 cell phones and some related exhibits.
Subjects include: Hoang Ngoc Hai (SN 1998, owner), Nguyen Van Lap (SN 1993), Phan Tuan Anh (SN 1997), Phan Van Phong (SN 2001), who lives in Xuan Yen commune; Trinh Van Hung (SN 1991), Phan Van Nui (SN 1992), Tran Xuan Phap (SN 1992), resided in Xuan Thanh commune; Tran Cong Thanh (SN 2001), residing in Co Dam and Tran Van Doan communes (SN 2001), residing in Vinh city, Nghe An province.
Through testing, all 9 subjects tested positive for synthetic drugs (ketamine).
Currently, the police department is completing the handling of the subjects in accordance with the law.
