From noon 30-12, Mr. Nguyen Van Dung, Director of the Ca Mau Province Health Department, said that he brought QNP (aged 30, living in Hamlet 2, Tri Must Commune, Thoi Binh District, Ca Mau province) with the taxi driver. He and reunited in the BB 896 regiment.
The authorities have taken samples to prove these 2 cases but there is no result. Mr. Dung also said that the relevant agencies have investigated the epidemiology and quarantined the contacts in accordance with the regulations.
According to the report from the Ca Mau Province Center for Disease Control, around 10:30 am on December 23, P. met with 6 Vietnamese in Myanmar (patient group 1440, 1451 …) at the same inn, until about 1:30 pm ride a motorcycle through the orchard, then cross the stream by boat and continue through Long Binh (An Giang) gate.
At around 3 am on December 24, P. took a taxi directly home to Hamlet 2, Tri Must Commune, and arrived at her home at 8 am the same day. In the car outside P. and the driver also has 1 more person.
The authorities identified 14 cases of close contact with these cases and decided to ask them for home isolation.
