At 12:50 p.m. on December 30, Ms. N.’s body was recovered by the rescue force and divers with fishing nets. “Through an examination of the scene, the body of the victim did not show any external impact. The initial judgment was that the victim slipped and fell into the lake and drowned, so he died, ”said a police officer from H. Chau Duc.
