Also according to the Prime Minister, the destruction of the plan, placing many high-rise buildings in the center is blocking traffic. The relocation of universities, manufacturing facilities and factories outside the city center, as planned, must be decisively addressed.
Judging from the real estate market, the Prime Minister said that there are no big problems but that he should pay attention to the management of real estate investment. Especially, the segment of social housing for the poor and working people has not performed well.
To build social housing, it is necessary to have a land fund, which is administered by the locality. Localities that have industrial zones must create the conditions to promote the development of housing for workers, the Prime Minister requested.
