The artist Clown Sa passed away at 0:30 ‘on December 25 in his own home, at the age of 80.

Before that, in early October, the late artist Clown Sa was admitted to Nguyen Trai Hospital (District 5, Ho Chi Minh City) in a state of unconsciousness due to lung effusion, heart failure and kidney failure. Later, he suffered more stomach bleeding. After many days, the artist Clown Sa died of exhaustion.
In recent years he suffered from many illnesses, so he could walk less. After being admitted to hospital, the artist could no longer return to the stage.

The real name of the artist Clown Sa is Le Van Sa, born in 1941 in Ho Chi Minh City. He is a rare reformer specializing in comedy. He orphaned his parents from a young age, but had the special pleasure of hearing artist Van Huong’s voice over the radio and then studying under his idol singing style.
Whenever he carried a song about Thu Duc’s performance, without money to buy tickets, he often went to the courtyard to watch.
