On December 16, the Bac Kan Province People’s Prosecutor’s Office approved the decision to prosecute the accused and the arrest warrant for Hoang Van Son to serve the investigation.
According to Son’s testimony, because he often watches perverted movies online, he has become “intrigued” and commits a crime.
