Ha TinhHoang Ngoc Tao, 34, was sentenced to death for wearing a soldier’s outfit to join the transport of 6 heroin cakes, more than 7,000 slabs.
The December 18 first instance ruling of the Ha Tinh Province People’s Court declared that Tao, a resident of Nghi Xuan District, was committing a crime. Illegal transport of narcotics, according to article 250 of the Penal Code.
