On December 18, the police of Thong Nhat District, Dong Nai Province, said that Dang Huu Loi (SN 1972, living in Hung Loc Commune, Thong Nhat District) was arrested to investigate and clarify sexual acts of minors.
Initially, the police clarified, around 14 pm on December 12, Loi went to play at the house of his friend PVT. At that time, Mr. T. went out to buy alcohol for his 11-year-old daughter to stay at home.

When Loi was committing a lewd act with the baby, Mr. T. went home and was shocked to discover the incident.
Immediately after that, the boy’s family reported the incident to the local police. Loi also went to the police to confess and admit her wicked behavior.
Loi confessed that in addition to the moment when T. was discovered, he also committed lewd acts with this child on 3 occasions, all at his home, in half a year.
