At that time, student Bui Thanh P. (SN 2004) and his younger brother Pham Van D. (SN 2003), both students in the 11M class, Nho Quan B High School, had a conflict that led to a fight. Suddenly, student Pham Van D. was stabbed by P. with a knife in his carotid artery, resulting in death.
Ms. Pham Thi Giang, Principal of Nho Quan B High School, said that immediately after receiving the information, the school leader was present at the scene and rushed her to the hospital for an emergency, but D. has died.
