On the morning of December 17, at the Military Medical Academy, the first 3 volunteers, after being carefully selected, were vaccinated with the Vietnamese COVID-19 vaccine called Nano Covax in the volunteers.

Professor Do Quyet – Director of the Military Medical Academy, president of the research program on clinical trials of the COVID-19 vaccine, said that the three volunteers who received the vaccine test this morning were between 18 and 25 years old (the year 1998 to 2006), are healthy and healthy people, including 2 men and 1 woman.
After the vaccination test, these people will be monitored and their health checked regularly. Along with that, those who inject will have to follow the established lifestyle, not have unhealthy lifestyles. Mr. Quyet stated that the current investigation process is similar to investigation in the world and complies with standard procedures. Therefore, before and after the injection, the volunteers have follow-up measures and an emergency system alongside them.
According to the director of the Military Medical Academy, the emergency system has been prepared by the unit to attend to all cases of patients with mild, moderate and worse adverse effects. Volunteers will be monitored 72 hours after injection, after which they will be returned to the shelter under the supervision of medical staff.
