Furthermore, it is believed that Mr. Cang is also related to a mistake at Tan Thuan Company: the IPC and Sadeco, while he was the permanent deputy secretary of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee, agreed on the policy of issuing shares to strategic shareholders. The state damage is approximately 153 billion VND.
On December 26, 2018, the XII session of the IX Central Conference approved the discipline of Mr. Cang in the form of: removal of the member of the XII Central Party, the Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Member of the Standing Committee of the Committee of the City Party.
