On March 4, the Thu Duc District People’s Committee issued the decision to sanction Mr. Le Tan Tai for illegal construction. The Thu Duc District People’s Committee issued a decision to apply corrective measures and 3 decisions to sanction an administrative infraction in the field of construction for Mr. Tai in the amount of 1.04 billion VND.

The Thu Duc District People’s Committee requested Mr. Tai to correct the errors of the unauthorized construction works on the planned land. In case Mr. Tai does not voluntarily correct the errors, the Thu Duc District People’s Committee will issue enforcement decisions in accordance with the regulations.

The land for violating Mr. Le Tan Tai’s construction belongs to the land plot No. 61, 62, 63 map sheet No. 14 on Highway 40, P.Hiep Binh Chanh – it is the land for evergreen trees under the vegetation planning information. But since 2015, Tai has distributed plots and built houses to sell to people. The Binh Chanh Neighborhood People’s Committee has made a written record of the violation and asked Mr. Tai to abide by and rectify the current state of the land.

In the years 2016 and 2017, Tai continued to stealthily build houses without permission on the aforementioned land area, but they were all discovered, prevented and managed by the Hai Phong P People’s Committee. In late 2018 and early 2019, Tai built many unauthorized houses on this earth. When the Binh Chanh Ward People’s Committee (Thu Duc District) came to inspect and handle the construction works without permission, Mr. Tai closed the door without cooperating, causing difficulties for the functional forces.
