Phong is accused of being a Mercedes driver who killed a GrabBike driver and injured 79% of the flight attendant, Ms. Nguyen Thi Bich Huong.

The defendant confessed to using a fake driver’s license and ID card from a man named Sang. After the accident happened, on the way from Da Lat to Ho Chi Minh City, the defendant threw all these papers.
Phong said that while awaiting trial, Phong signed a notarial certification of the apartment building’s name to buy with his mother in installments, so he now has no other assets to take responsibility for the victim.
Responding in court, the defendant Phong said that at the time, the defendant was in custody, there was a person from the notary’s office taking the papers to Phong for him to sign. Phong could only sign, but did not know what the papers were about.
In response to the court, Ms. My (the defendant’s mother) filed when she heard the compensation was too large, she thought she would take the house to mortgage to the bank to pay the compensation. However, because the house did not have a red book, no bank accepted it, so he transferred the name of the house to someone else.

Ms. Le Thuong Van is the legal representative of the victim, Mr. Le Manh Thuong (deceased), who has not yet received compensation from the accused.
Ms. Huong and Ms. Van asked the Panel to convene the related persons from the car rental company to clarify some details of the case, try the correct person for the crime. At the same time, the victim also applied to the car rental company for joint civil compensation.
According to the prosecution, At 5 am on January 30 (the sixth day of the Canh Ty New Year), Ms. Nguyen Thi Bich Huong (30 years old, Vietnam Airlines flight attendant) booked a motorcycle through the Grab app to go to to work.
The car just took her out of the house, a 7-seat Mecerdes car going in the opposite direction suddenly turned to the left, ran at 84 km / h, and crashed directly.
According to CQĐT, after the accident, the driver of the car called an ambulance and left the scene. Two days later, Nguyen Tran Hoang Phong confessed, confessed, and was arrested on February 11, 2020.
The motorcycle driver died from multiple serious injuries. Ms. Huong was lucky to escape, but her thigh was clenched, her neck was broken, and at the same time she injured 79%.
Nearly a year, he underwent four major operations on his pelvis, femur, and foot. The mototaxi family asked for compensation of 477 million dong. Ms. Huong requested compensation of 1,188 billion dong. Currently Phong has not compensated two victims.
