After himself, a young man squirms on the road. Although there were many people who passed by to detect the incident, no one helped the victim. Later, this young man was tragically hit by a passenger car.
The young man who died rolling was extremely pitiful due to the callousness of many people.
On the afternoon of December 14, the Phu Giao District Police (Binh Duong Province) were checking and investigating a traffic accident in DT 741 (the section passing through Vinh Hoa Commune, Phu Giao District), which led him to PHP (SN 1990, local people) died.
According to the camera image recorded by the gas station, around 9:11 p.m. on December 11, Mr. P. was driving a motorcycle to travel on DT 741, when he arrived in front of a gas station in the village of Vinh Tien (Vinh Hoa commune), himself. After the fall, Mr. P. twisted on the road and could not sit up, the motorcycle slid forward about 5 meters.
Mr. P. squirmed on the road, although many passersby discovered, no one stopped to support the victim.
Later, Mr. P. was run over and hit by a passenger car, killing him.
After the incident, around 4-5 motorcycles passed the victim’s location, but all of them simply looked and ‘ignored’. Shortly thereafter, a passenger car failed to detect Mr. P. on the street, thus hitting Mr. P., dragging him more than ten meters and causing the victim’s death on the spot.
Upon receiving the news, the traffic police came to examine the place, investigate and clarify the case.
