Notably, through personal investigation, Pham Chi Cuong is Wang Yuan (15 years old, a Taiwanese) who was abandoned, no one at Ca Mau General Hospital 6 months ago.
Before that, on May 31, Ca Mau General Hospital received a young man who passed out in the hospital corridor and was placed in emergency treatment. Subsequently, this patient declared the name of Wang Yuan (15 years old, Taiwanese nationality), without relatives. The patient was diagnosed with superinfected bronchial asthma.
After completing the treatment, Wang Yuan was raised by the Provincial Center for Social Protection. Additionally, the Ca Mau province police conducted a background check and check on the aforementioned patient to help establish management, care and parenting records.
Accordingly, Wang Yuan reported that his father is Wang Junkai, his profession is a teacher, who lives in Tianzhong, Changhua, Puyen, Taiwan.
After that, the Ca Mau Province People’s Committee Office sent a document to the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Foreign Affairs to coordinate with the Taipei Economic and Cultural Office in Ho Chi Minh City to verify the status of the identity and nationality of Wang Yuan.
On October 22, the Taipei Economic and Cultural Bureau responded in writing to the Taiwanese authorities to verify the relatives of Wang Yuan and his father, Wang Junkai, according to information from Ca Mau Province. provided. But no information was found for Wang Yuan and Wang Junkai.
Regarding this incident, on December 9, the Ca Mau Provincial Social Protection Center decided to suspend the social allowance for Pham Chi Cuong (Wang Yuan), and at the same time hand over Cuong to the police station.
Currently, the Ca Mau Provincial Police Department of the CSDT is investigating and clarifying the complaints of child rape that occur in this Social Protection Center.
