After the accident, functional forces were carried out to check the alcohol content of the two drivers of the vehicle. By inspection, the driver driving the car with BKS 51A – 107.49 had an alcohol concentration of 0.637 milligrams / liter of breathable air.

The case is currently being handled by the Hoa Binh province police in accordance with regulations.
