Consequently, cThe train will run continuously from 5:00 am to 11:00 pm (from December 31) on the 13 km long Cat Linh – Ha Dong route. At each station, the train will stop for about 30 seconds to pick up and drop off passengers, just like when running a commercial. Trains run 6-7 minutes / trip, peak hours can be 2-3 minutes / trip. Every day there will be between 6 and 9 trains in operation.
During the 20-day trial, all stations had Vietnamese personnel on duty in the control room, ticket office, and platform; electronic boards, active speakers to guide train passengers.
More than 600 employees will be divided into 2 work shifts, operating the elements in the station and the operations, maintenance and repair center, as commercial operations.

The Railway Project Management Board (Ministry of Transport) said that the test execution phase will verify the safety of the system and the operational capacity of all employees. This is a required step in the security assessment process performed by the ACT consultant (independent system security assessment consultant).
Based on the results of the trial operation, in the first quarter of 2021, a consortium of independent consultants is expected to issue a system security certificate for the project. After that, the Ministry of Transport (investor) will take over the project and hand it over to Hanoi for management and operation.
