Cam Xuyen (Ha Tinh) District Police are investigating the behavior of two men obstructing traffic by driving a truck blocking National Highway 1A.
Around 9:00 am (December 11), at km 539 + 400 NH1A, passing through Cam Trung Commune, Cam Xuyen District, Ha Tinh Province, a rather rare incident occurred.
Consequently, the time of the Ha Tinh Traffic Police Department instructed the driver of the BKS 49C-082.07 truck to move from north to south to stop to inspect.
Trucker Bui Van Hung (32 years old, resident of Duc Trong District, Lam Dong Province) could not present a transport permit, so the traffic police made a search.

Immediately after that, Driver Hung asked me to help him block the road and then turn off the engine. Although the functional forces asked to hand over the car keys, the car did not execute. And Driver Hung fled the scene.
The long truck blocked the road for almost an hour, causing congestion on National Highway 1A in a north-south direction. Traffic police forces must divide lanes and guide vehicles into the opposite lane to avoid traffic jams. At approximately 10:00 am on the same day, the truck was taken to the police station for investigation.
Cam Xuyen District Police Chief Phan Ngoc To said, holding a car attendant to measure alcohol concentration, drug tests and investigation to clarify the behavior, if there are enough criminal factors, they will prosecute.
