Case 1382 (BN 1382): female, 39 years old, Vietnamese nationality, domicile in Pho Lu city, Bao Thang district, Lao Cai province.
Case 1383 (BN 1383): female, 54 years old, Vietnamese nationality, domicile in Thoi An neighborhood, 12th district, HCMC.
Case 1384 (BN 1384): woman, 35 years old, Vietnamese nationality, domicile in Lien Son commune, Luong Son district, Hoa Binh province.
Case 1385 (BN 1385): female, 43 years old, Vietnamese nationality, domicile in the Yen Ninh neighborhood, Yen Bai city, Yen Bai province.
On December 8, previous patients from the United Arab Emirates entered Cam Ranh Airport on flight VN88, immediately quarantined and underwent tests in Phu Yen province. As a result, on 9-12, 4 patients tested positive for the SARS-CoV-2 virus. Currently, patients are isolated and treated at Phu Yen General Hospital.
With the previous 4 new cases, Vietnam has registered 1,385 cases of illness since the beginning of the epidemic, of which 1,225 people were cured and discharged from the hospital.
On the same day, the inauguration ceremony of the clinical research of the COVID-19 vaccine, developed by Nanogen Company, Vietnam, took place at the Hanoi Military Medical Academy. 30 people signed up for the test injection in the first hour.
