On February 9, Mr. Pham Van Nien, Chairman of the Xuan Phu Commune People’s Committee (Ho Xuan, Thanh Hoa), said that the police office was urgently investigating the case of Mr. NNV (who lived in Village 12, Xuan Phu Commune) which was another “precious” court.
According to Mr. Nien, around 5 am on 8.12, local people found out that Mr. V. was injured, lying on a rubber hill, in the area of Village 12, Xuan Phu Commune, so they exchanged for help. When people took Mr. V. to the emergency hospital, Mr. V.’s “precious” was cut off.
Upon receiving the news, the Ho Xuan police entered the investigation and clarified the matter. A Ho Xuan police leader confirmed that this unit had arrested the suspect. However, the identity of the suspect, how many suspects and the cause of the incident have not been provided.
Currently, Mr. V. is being treated at Phuc Thinh General Hospital (Thanh Hoa City).
Dr. Do Cong Toan, director of Phuc Thinh General Hospital, said that Patient V’s condition is stable and does not affect his life. Roughly “his room” is cut off, according to Dr. Toan, after stable treatment, he will perform reconstructive procedures.
