As reported, at 4:40 pm 7-12, Thanh was riding a motorcycle with a woman on Bui Ngoc Thu Street. When he reached the 5th Ward, Tuong Binh Hiep Ward, Thanh suddenly crossed the street. At that moment, two students who were riding an electric bike running behind them, unable to handle it, hit this young man’s tail.
The strong collision caused both the person and the car to fall into the street. Then another woman riding a motorcycle right behind the two students also crashed into Thanh’s motorcycle and slammed forward.
However, as soon as he got up, Thanh immediately went to kick hard in the head, pillow, hit and kick many times in the face of the student who was riding an electric bike. Not only that, the young man also took out a stick and hit this student.
