Previously, on social media, a video recorded the scene of a traffic accident that occurred in Bui Ngoc Thu Street, section of room 5, Tuong Binh Hiep neighborhood.
According to the camera image, at 4:40 p.m. on December 7, a young man on a motorcycle carrying a woman on Bui Ngoc Thu Street then crossed the street.
Two female students who were riding the electric bikes in the back could not drive, colliding with the back of this bike. The strong collision caused both the person and the car to fall into the street. At the same time, a woman riding a motorcycle right behind the two students also ran forward, collided with the motorcycle, and lunged forward.

However, the young man, after getting up, immediately went to kick hard in the head, on the pillow, hit and kick many times in the face of the student who was riding an electric bicycle. Not only that, this person also took out a stick and hit this student.
Seeing that, nearby people were quick to dissuade and help the victims. However, this young man cursed aggressively, he only threatened people. Before getting on the bike to go out, this young man even kicked the electric bike hard with his foot.
According to the police representative of the Tuong Binh Hiep ward, the competent force has identified the whereabouts of the young man and, at the same time, gave testimony to the parties to clarify the case and have a specific address.
