Ho Chi Minh City is expected to provide credit support at a 0% interest rate for businesses in need in the service sectors such as accommodation, catering, tourism and transportation; Industries such as textiles, footwear, apparel, wood processing, food processing, and business have a large decline in revenue with an estimated budget of over VND 4 trillion.
