The president of the United States, Donald Trump.

Before the trial, Trump’s attorney, Jesse Binnall, promised to present evidence of the illegal vote and that Trump was the winner, not President-elect Joe Biden.

In a trial presided over by Judge James Russell, Attorney Binnall presented evidence that 85,000 votes in Nevada were illegally cast.

“In one night, many ballots disappeared and many more suddenly appeared,” Binnall said, according to the Washington Times. “There can be no explanation for this.”

According to Binnall, more than 8,000 absentee ballots in Nevada have false addresses, with nearly 20,000 votes cast by non-citizens. Binnall also presented evidence that 1,500 votes from the deceased’s name were recorded and 42,000 doubled.

Binnall says that at least 1% of voters who vote by mail in Nevada do not vote for themselves.

“We cannot turn a blind eye to such clear evidence. We cannot allow fraudulent elections. We cannot pretend that there were no anomalies in the voting, as if the electoral fraud had not occurred, ”Binnall said in court.

Kevin Hamilton, an attorney against Trump’s lawsuit, said no court in U.S. history has reversed election results on such a large scale. Hamilton hinted that the judge should consider it carefully before passing judgment.

Before that, Binnall and other Trump attorneys directly verified the voting documents at the Clark County elections office.

The state of Nevada certified the final results of the elections, announcing the victory of candidate Joe Biden with a gap of 33,596 votes.

The Democratic representative in Nevada said he did not object to Trump’s lawyers trying to find evidence at the elections office.

Attorney Russell also requested the right to inspect “the machines and equipment used in the election.” Nevada’s trial is still ongoing.

US states must complete resolution of election-related disputes before the day voters vote for US president on December 14.
