According to initial information, around 13 hours 29-11, Mr. LVPh. (41, resident of Cu Le commune, Na Ri district, Bac Kan province) drives a motorcycle that transports LHU’s son (12 years old) on the 3C road to Bac Kan province.
Arriving in Cho Chu city section (Dinh Hoa district, Thai Nguyen province), a motorcycle was carrying Mr. Ph’s father and son collision with a car controlled by Bui Van Nam (30 years old, resident from Trung Hoi Commune, Dinh Hoa District). After that, the car crashed into people’s houses on the side of the road to stop.
The impact was too strong for Mr. Ph. Killed at the scene, U was thrown to the roof of the road, seriously injured, taken to the emergency room but also later died.
It is known that Bui Van Nam did not have a license to drive a car, a car borrowed by Nam to go to a party. After causing the accident, Nam left the scene and had not yet reported to the authorities.
