On November 27, the Binh Chanh District Police Department (Ho Chi Minh City) said it was clarifying the property theft case that had just occurred in Vinh Loc B Commune, Binh Chanh District (HCMC).
According to initial information, on November 24, Mr. Pham Huu H. (SN 1979, resident of the Go Vap district) practiced motorcycle taxi and took a young man. When Mr. H. led the young man through the vacant lot in Vinh Loc B commune, Binh Chanh district, suddenly this man hit him hard on the head and neck.
Mr. H. panicked and left the motorcycle to escape. At that point, the thief quickly took Mr. H.’s car and escaped.
Upon receiving the crime report, the Binh Chanh District Police dispatched an investigator to actively take the victim’s testimony and consolidate the case file.
