Immediately after receiving information from social media, the Uong Bi City Police entered the verification and clarification process. Consequently, the student who was hit in the clip was Th. (SN 2005), in tenth grade at the Faculty of Industry and Construction.
The verification process showed that prior to that, by Mai Anh T. (SN 2008), the 7A4 class Phuong Dong secondary school had a debt. 10 game cards (worth 140,000 VND), so Th. Called to ask.
