As planned, the dialogue took place at the Center for Political Development in district 2 chaired by the Government Inspectorate.

The content of the dialogue aims to clarify that some people in 5 quarters of 3 districts: An Khanh, Binh An and Binh Khanh have complained that the land in 5 quarters of 3 districts is off the planning limit. new Thu Thiem, not just the 4.3 ha area as concluded by the Government Inspectorate.
Households asked the Prime Minister to form an interdisciplinary inspection team to comprehensively inspect the project and clarify the content of complaints and citizen complaints related to errors in the acquisition and planning of project land.
Previously, the Central Citizen Reception Committee had a letter informing those affected by the Thu Thiem New Urban Area project who were complaining outside of Hanoi that they were returning to Ho Chi Minh City to send a representative to participate in the dialogue at 14-27-11 hours according to regulations.
In April 2019, Permanent Deputy Prime Minister Truong Hoa Binh asked the government inspector, the Ho Chi Minh City People’s Committee, and the ministries and agencies to dialogue with people in 5 quarters of 3 districts on the above content. However, the conversation had to be postponed many times due to the Lunar New Year approaching and then the Covid-19 epidemic broke out.
