The above incident occurred around 11 a.m. on November 20, in the Quang Hai Commune Area, Quang Xuong District, about 6 km from Quang Xuong 4 High School.
The victim was PTM, a 12T student, M. Beater was DTN, a student from class 11C2 from the same school. While M. was beaten, someone used a mobile phone to record a video and then post it on social media.
In the video content it is shown that M. was repeatedly beaten by N. with a helmet on his head. At that time, M. could only raise his hand to cover his head, but could not avoid the very strong blows of N.
After using the helmet to hit M., N. made M. kneel on the ground to apologize in front of the crowd and then released him. The incident happened that many students of the same age witnessed it, but no one intervened.
According to the report of two students, M. and N., with the teacher, the cause of the incident was because M. had a personal conflict on social media with N.’s relatives, so N. made an appointment and pressed M.
After the incident, school administrators asked the student in question to make a report. On November 23, the school informed Thanh Hoa’s Education and Training Department and consulted with the Department for instructions to resolve the case in accordance with industry regulations.
