On the night of November 23, speaking with PV, the leader of the People’s Committee of the An Tao neighborhood (Hung Yen city, Hung Yen province) said that an accident had just occurred in the area that killed a female worker.
Consequently, around 23:00 on November 21, a car carrying BKS 89A – 104.55 controlled by Vu Van Vuong headed in the opposite direction from First Lu, Hung Yen market to Cho Gao – Hung Yen. House number 205 on Le Van Luong Street collided with a taxi carrying BKS 90A – 076.59 going in the right direction. Without stopping, the car continued to hit a worker who was driving a motorcycle.
The accident resulted in the death of the worker (resident of Tien Lu, Hung Yen) who worked at the Urban Environment Company at the site. And the person who caused the accident works in the Hung Yen Province Transportation Department.
The head of the Department of Transportation of Hung Yen Province said that Mr. Vu Van Vuong is an inspector of the Department of Transportation of Hung Yen Province. Currently the competent force is clarifying the accident, this officer also has a report.
