Answering the question why more than 2 years since the conclusion of the inspection has not recovered, Mr. Tam said that the Board of Directors has invited companies many times to work, but companies did not cooperate, deliberately delayed postpone paying for the site to continue renting for profit. In which, Ngoc Thanh Investment and Trade Co., Ltd. is one of the units that deliberately does not cooperate and shows signs of resistance, not complying with the conclusion of the inspection. The joint-stock company Mekong Logistics delivered 6,000 / 26,000 m2² and then continue delaying for the reason that the companies that rent the premises have not found a patio. T&T Construction Transport Service Trading Co., Ltd has just removed the fence, while the factory, the concrete mixing plant within the project continues to operate.

Mr. Tam said that the contract expires, of course rescinded, the companies that rent the premises should be responsible for returning them to the Board of Directors. Because the companies deliberately moved, did not hand over the premises, the Board of Directors asked the Popular Committee of District 9 to handle the act of land acquisition according to Government Decree 91/2019 on administrative sanctions in matters of land. However, so far, the violations have not been fully managed.
