The HH8 train running through Phu Ly territory derailed 2 wagons, causing the North-South railway to stop for many hours.
On the morning of November 21, the chief of police in Phu Ly Town (Ha Nam Province) said that a train derailment had just occurred in the area.

Consequently, around 5:00 a.m. on the same day, the HH8 freight train moves from Song Than Station (Binh Duong) to Giap Bat Station (Hanoi), when it goes to Phu Ly – Binh Luc (Ha Nam), passing through Liem Tiet commune (Phu Ly City), the last 2 carriages of the train derailed from the track.
The incident did not cause harm to people. At the site of the derailment of 2 wagons, some equipment was damaged and the damaged railway section is about 400 m long.
The case caused rail traffic jams, the following trains had to stop to wait for the resolution of problems of the two wagons that were in trouble before they could run.
