Information from Hai Phong City Police Thuy Nguyen (Hai Phong) District Police and Functional Forces are cooperating to verify and investigate the case of Mr. Cao Van C., Chairman of the An Commune People’s Committee They are, died in private hanging positions in private homes.
Before that, at 9:15 a.m. on November 20, relatives discovered that Mr. Cao Van C. (SN 1973, Resident of Village 7, An Son Commune, Thuy Nguyen District, Hai Phong City) He died in a private home hanging in village 7, An Son commune.

Immediately after receiving the news, the commune authorities dispatched officers to the scene and reported the incident to the Thuy Nguyen district police.
On the morning of the same day, Thuy Nguyen District Police and Hai Phong City Police Professional Units were present to examine the scene, do an autopsy and investigate to clarify the cause of death of Mr. C .
It is known that Mr. Cao Van C. is currently Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the People’s Committee of An Son Commune.
Mr. C. has worked locally for many years. In June 2020, Mr. C. was elected president of the Popular Committee of the Commune. Prior to that, Mr. Chi served in the Commune People’s Committee as Vice Chairman of the An Son Commune People’s Committee. Mr. C. is considered to be enthusiastic and active in his work.
Currently, the cause of death of Mr. Cao Van C. is being investigated and clarified by functional forces.
