Thai media have revealed the moment when coach Kiatisak came to Vietnam to sign a contract with HAGL.

On the afternoon of November 20, the Siam Sport newspaper published an article revealing that coach Kiatisak will come to HAGL on December 17, 2020. Consequently, the contract between HAGL and the former Thai player has a duration of 2 years.

“It is reported that HAGL has signed a contract with Coach Kiatisak for 2 years, with a monthly salary of 800,000 baht (about 612 million) per month, the total value of HAGL to spend is 19.2 baht (more than 14 VND 1 billion). Kiatisak will come to Vietnam on December 17, “wrote Siam Sport.

Also according to the site, the 47-year-old legend has handed over soccer projects in Thailand to his wife, Asarapa Senamuang, to manage.

Kiatisak was born in 1973 as a legendary forward in Thai soccer. He used to play during the HAGL period 2002-2006, helped this team down, then won the V-League in 2003 and 2004. In 2006, Kiatisuk worked as a player and coach for HAGL before announcing his retirement. In 2010, he returned to directing HAGL but was not very successful. Kiatisak then returned to Thailand to lead clubs in his home country, such as Chula United, Bangkok, before working as Thailand’s head coach in 2013-2017.

Bau Duc is determined to “renew” HAGL after seasons of “kicking for fun.” They welcomed Cong Phuong after the loan agreement at HCMC ended. They also beefed up their defense with Ho Chi Minh City’s midfielder Huu Tuan and will likely host Than Quang Ninh’s goalkeeper Huynh Tuan Linh.
