According to the AP dated November 18, attorney Jesse Binnall from President Trump’s campaign team accused of fraud that occurred in the Nevada elections and that President Trump was the winner here.

The mainstream media claimed that Biden won Nevada, the state with 6 electoral votes. Figures from the state elections show that the gap between Mr. Biden and President Trump is 33,596 votes (2.4 percentage points).
In the lawsuit, President Trump asked the court to either declare the Nevada leader the winner or to cancel the election results.

The judge was skeptical about Trump’s electoral fraud case in Pennsylvania

Attorney Binnall claimed that he could prove 40,000 fraudulent votes, enough to change the gap between the two candidates, at the same time that the media announcement of Biden’s victory was false.

According to Reuters, the focus of the lawsuit is President Trump’s claim that the signature confirmation machine is problematic. The machine is used in Clark County, where Las Vegas is Democratic territory. The complaint also indicated that election observers had restricted access to counting votes.

Clark County Election Spokesperson Dan Kulin said the allegations in the lawsuit sound like those denied by the court.

It’s unclear when the court will consider the lawsuit, but the Nevada Supreme Court is expected to certify the election results on Nov. 24.
