The remainder of the lawsuit aims to remove ballots from voters who have the opportunity to correct information on the ballots who ignore mail that is about to be rejected for minor errors. In the lawsuit, the plaintiff argued that “counties with a heavy Democratic presence” violated the law by identifying faulty ballots before Election Day 3.11 that were in error so that voters could correct them and make sure their vote is counted.
