On the afternoon of November 14, the Quang Ninh province police reported that a massive injury incident occurred in the Ha Long city area, causing many injuries.
Specifically, around 3 a.m. on November 14, Bui Van Sy (33 years old, a resident of District 3, Ha Khau District, Ha Long City) suddenly used a knife to cut his wife, HTTU (27 years old ) and his daughter. BMN (8 years), both injured and required for hospital emergencies.
After the crime, Sy continued to take a knife and went to NTM’s house (43 years old, a resident of District 3, Ha Khau District, Ha Long City; Mr. M.’s wife and Sy’s wife were cousins) cut off Mr. M. and his son. M. is NHQA’s nephew (7 years old).
As a result, Mr. M. was seriously injured, QA injured his left arm and injured his head.
After causing the incident, Sy fled to House C on the 10th floor of Bai Chay Hospital, jumped to the ground, and died on the spot.
Upon receiving the news, the Quang Ninh Province Police ordered the Ha Long City Police to coordinate with the functional units to urgently investigate and verify the details to prove the cause and development of the incident.
