The government decides to compensate for the damage caused by the Vietnamese forces.
Regarding the regimes, policies and resolutions, the people and units that directly and indirectly participate in the mandatory activities of law enforcement have the right to regimes and policies appropriate to the nature of their functions and specific activities in accordance with the regulations of Government.
During the time of participation in LLGGHBLHQ, individuals and units with achievements in the performance of their tasks will be rewarded in accordance with the provisions of Vietnamese law and United Nations regulations.
The Ministry of National Defense and the Ministry of Public Security have a policy of prioritizing the disposition and use of people after completing the task of participating in LLGGHBLHQ.
In the event that a person is injured, ill, has an accident or dies, or dies while performing their duties, participation in a lawsuit will be resolved with regimes and policies in accordance with the laws of Vietnam and Lien regulations. United Nations.
