According to the National Center for Meteorological and Hydrological Forecasts, in the afternoon of November 11 until tomorrow morning, the floods of the rivers from Quang Tri to Quang Nam continue to increase; the rivers from Quang Ngai to Khanh Hoa and the central highlands will fall.

After Typhoon Etau, Typhoon No. 13 – Vamco is getting stronger in the East Sea and is expected to land in the Central region on the morning of November 15, with winds of 111 km / h, level 11.
