At this time, many people who were outside to find that the mountain was continuing to erode, yelling for warning. These 9 people fled, but the mountain fell so fast that one person was seriously injured, another was buried, 7 lucky ones escaped.
Bac Tra My district authorities mobilized motorized vehicles to dig the ground and find the missing victim; until 17:00 it was not found.
