At the ends of the flooded road, the Traffic Police (Quy Nhon City Police) also posted officers to prevent people from passing through the deeply flooded area.
Mr. Nguyen Van Dung (Group 4, Area 1, Nhon Binh Ward, Quy Nhon City, Binh Dinh) said: “Around 3 in the morning, floods flooded the road and then flooded the house by about 20 cm. The flood came back so fast that I could only list important elements such as: television, refrigerator… ”.
Residents had to travel to the railroad to cross the flooded area to the workplace.
