President Donald Trump’s campaign said they will challenge the results of the American elections, which is why Democrat Joe Biden has been called a presidential election.
Trump’s side seeks to sue in many states.
Supporters of President Donald Trump are calling for pressure with the Federal Telecommunications Commission (FCC) on many television organizations calling out Joe Biden as president-elect.
Every major television station in the United States had predicted that Biden would be an election winner and began calling him president-elect.
More recently, President Donald Trump took to Twitter to reiterate his allegations of election fraud.
The Observer Group of the Organization of American States (OAS) praised the 2020 US elections.
This group consisted of 28 experts and observers from 13 countries.
Elections on November 3 followed in many places, including Georgia and Michigan.
They said there was no mistake there.
Pennsylvania
The Trump campaign has filed a lawsuit in Pennsylvania.
The latest request alleges “lack of transparency” and “inconsistency” between Democratic and Republican voters.
Biden led here with more than 45,000 votes, which means it is difficult for Trump to change the outcome.
Wisconsin
The president’s campaign board said it would require a recount in Wisconsin “based on observed anomalies” on Election Day, although this would not require a lawsuit.
It is not clear when the recount will take place, as these recounts are not normally done until officials have counted all the ballots.
The state deadline for this part of the process is November 17.
Columbia Law University professor Richard Briffault said there was also a recount in Wisconsin in 2016, and it “changed by about a hundred votes.”
Michigan
Trump won the state in 2016 with the lowest margin, just over 10,700 votes, and Biden is predicted to be the winner here in 2020.
On November 4, the Trump campaign filed a lawsuit to avoid counting claims that do not have access to track the process.
On November 4, Trump’s side filed a request to stop counting votes for alleged lack of transparency.
The judge denied this request.
Another petition was filed on November 9, demanding results in Wayne County.
Nevada
Nevada’s application filed Nov. 5 alleges “flexible” procedures for validating postal ballots with 3,000 cases.
This case focuses on Clark County voters.
Georgia
Votes still count here, and currently Biden over 12,000 votes.
Republican Senators David Perdue and Kelly Loeffler called on Republican leaders in the state to resign on charges of “lack of transparency” during the elections.
Arizona
Biden leads Arizona with 14,000 temples.
There are still 61,000 votes waiting to be verified here. Since verification is pending, it means that not all of these votes will be counted.
The Trump campaign was also featured here, accusing President Trump of “losing thousands of votes.”
North Carolina
President Trump is leading in this state, although there are no results yet because there are still thousands of votes waiting to be counted.
Officials here are still waiting until November 12 to finish counting the votes sent before November 3.
Will the Supreme Court intervene?
If election results are contested, legal groups contesting the result must take the matter to state court first.
State judges will reject or support the challenge and order a recount.
You can then ask the Supreme Court to consider it.
United States Attorney General Barr also authorized the “preliminary investigation” through the federal prosecutor.
A move by Joe Biden
Joe Biden’s transfer group said it is still waiting for money and a federal office to carry out the work.
This work depends on the government agency Donald Trump, called the General Services Administration (GSA).
But the agency’s director, Emily Murphy, said “nothing is certain” yet.
Joe Biden’s team says they are investigating possible litigation over the case.
